Here is a supplies list for Mrs. Williams Spanish 1 and 2 class:

Dry Erase Board **
Dry Erase Markers
Pens or Pencils

We will no longer be able to share supplies, so you will keep these with you for your personal use only.

*Journal: I prefer composition notebooks, but if you’ve already bought spiral notebooks, those are fine, too.
**Dry Erase Board: You can find really cheap ones at Dollar General and Dollar Tree. Or...If you already have sheet protectors and cardstock at home, you can slide a piece of cardstock into the sheet protector and it works just like a dry erase board. Plus, it’s lighter to carry around in your backpack.

The start of the new school year, August 18, is just around the corner.
BGISD request for parents to go on-line at ‘bgrove.org’, complete the necessary ‘Registration’ information for their child/ children. Parents may include more than one child on the ‘Parent Choice Commitment Form’ for registration.

A huge ‘Thank You’ to everyone that have completed this registration task!

BGISD understands that everyone does not have the capability to go ‘on-line’ and complete registration.

FOR ANY HIGH SCHOOL OR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL family that cannot go ‘on-line’ for registration, the computer lab at the junior high school will be available on Tuesday, August 11, 5:00 -8:00 PM to help HIGH SCHOOL AND JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL family with ‘on-line’ registration.
Spanish translators will be available on that day.
Only parents are needed for registration. We advise that students be left at home. Social Distancing format will be followed. Mask are required.

Tuesday, May 19, 2020 - 1. Seniors should wear a Blooming Grove T-shirt and jeans, and be ready to wave, celebrate, and have a good time! The school and community wants to celebrate this accomplishment with you!

2. Each senior may decorate their vehicle of choice - one senior per vehicle unless they are siblings. Personal family vehicles or golf cart type vehicles are acceptable. Students may only ride in the back of a truck if parent/ guardian is the driver. (Decorations will be viewed and approved by school official at the time of parade line up, so make sure all decorations are appropriate.)

3. Parade line up will be at 9:30am in the parking lot beside the football field. Vehicles will line up in the order that they arrive. Someone will come to your vehicle to get your senior information sheet. Please practice social distancing guidelines during line up. Parade will start at 10:00am. YOU MUST BE ON TIME! THE PARADE WILL START WITHOUT YOU!!!

4. No candy or items may be thrown to the public during the parade.

5. The police and fire department will lead the parade route, so follow the vehicle in front of you (slowly) along the route. Coach Chandler will introduce each senior as their vehicle approaches the designated area. Please stop your vehicle in that area until Coach Chandler has finished announcing your senior information. Then follow the parade route until you have completed the route.
