As Jordan Golden finishes out his term of service to the board and to BGISD, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to him. Jordan has been a valued member of the board since 2023. During his time of service, we have seen remarkable growth and much needed change in the district. Jordan’s positive outlook and commitment to excellence in education has been an asset to the board. Jordan, thank you for being a part of the team and working to make the district better…..because kids!

The Blooming Grove HS Athletic Department will be hosting a general parent meeting on Tuesday, May 26, at 5:30 in the Blooming Grove HS Gym. If you have a boy or girl in HS athletics or a junior high athlete, you are encouraged to attend. This meeting will be an opportunity for parents to meet new members of the BG Coaching Staff, get signed up for Sportsyou if you have not already, and gain a general knowledge of what our summer is going to look like. Points of emphasis will be summer strength and conditioning, camps and leagues athletes can participate in this summer, and any summer protocol pertaining to BG athletics. It will also be an opportunity to visit with coaches. Hope to see you there!

Blooming Grove FFA is partnering with Dr. Erin Curry, a local veterinarian, to offer routine vaccines, wellness checks, and deworming to at least 50 dogs on May 23rd! All services are included in the cost of $20! See the attached flyer for details!

The elementary campus will be conducting safety drills today, Tuesday, May 19th. The junior high and high school will be conducting safety drills tomorrow, Wednesday, May 20th.
