On Monday, September 9th at 5:30 PM, there will be a Junior parent meeting and a Sophomore parent meeting at the high school. At the meetings, we will discuss fundraising opportunities for each class. Parents are not required to attend. However, we welcome anyone who would like to help.

If you are wanting to show market or breeding goat or market lamb or breeding sheep at the 2020 major livestock shows then it's time to order validation tags! Contact Mrs. Hall or Mr. Allen by August 23rd. Tags for show swine need to be ordered by August 30th. Tags are $15 each.

It is time to order your senior banners for the 2019-2020 school year. Banners are 2'x6' blue vinyl with white letters and decals. They will be displayed on the football field, baseball/softball field and the gym. These will be returned to each student at the end of the school year. You're invited to join us on Thursday, August 15th from 5:30-8:00 PM in the Ag building for a Meet & Greet. Come out and meet our new Ag teachers Kyle Allen and Mikaela Hall. It will also be our Fall Stock Show entry night.

Join us on Friday, August 9th at 6:00 PM for a high school band Parent Meeting in the band hall. We will be discussing the rules, regulations, band uniforms and fees for the 2019-2020 year.

Blooming Grove ISD is proud to announce Mr. Ervin Chandler as our new Athletic Director and head football coach. Coach Chandler graduated from Ennis High School and earned his Masters of Education from Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas. He brings 14 years of coaching experience and a belief in small school settings.
