BGHS FCCLA has a national finalist, and we need help raising money to get him to the FCCLA Nationals! We will be selling pies and taking donations through Blooming Grove ISD’s online store.

BGHS was represented by 18 students and 21 pieces of art at the Texas Art Education Association (TAEA) sponsored Region 12 Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE) on Saturday, February 25th. Every student and every piece of art received a district medal. Congratulations to our student artists listed below and especially double medal winners Roselyn Hernandez, Chloe Motley, and Heather Weems.

NEW DATE WILL BE ANNOUNCED: Come and watch the Blooming Grove HS Mane Stage Theatre Company's public performance of our OAP "A Bucket of Blood for the Muses" on Monday, April 10th, at 6:30 P.M. in the auditorium! Admission is free, so come and support the amazing students!

You are invited to help our BGHS Cheerleaders fundraiser event, SPIRIT DAY on Thursday, February 23 from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM at the Corsicana Chick-Fil-A located at 1903 Hwy 287.
Chick-Fil-A Corsicana will donate a portion of ALL designated sales to support our BGHS cheerleaders. Make sure you let your order taker know you are there to support the BGHS cheer team. If you have a mobile order, type "Spirit Day" in the special instructions then place your order.

BGJH and BGHS cheer tryout signup sheets are available in the junior high and high school offices. The Cheer Parent Meeting will be held at 6 pm in the elementary cafeteria on Monday, February 13th, and is mandatory in order to try out for cheer.

At the basketball game in the High School gym, Tuesday, December 13th, or at the Band Concert in the Junior High Gym, Tuesday, December 13th.

Tuesday, December 13th at 6:00 PM in the auditorium our junior high and high school bands will perform their holiday concert. A reception will follow after the high school performance.

The Thursday, December 8th performance has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. However, the show must go on with Saturday's evening performance and Sunday's afternoon performance.
If you have purchased tickets for Thursday's performance, your ticket will be valid for either of the weekend shows. If you need a refund, please email [email protected].

Come and watch the Blooming Grove Mane Stage Theatre's presentation of the Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon. It is an attempt to tell all 209 of the Brothers Grimm fairy tales! Such an event has never before been attempted (probably) in the history of theatre. You will see classics like Cinderella, Rapunzel, and Red Riding Hood, as well as many lesser-known stories!

High school parents will not want to miss an informative evening with the Scholarship Lady of Central Texas on Monday, November 28th at the high school cafeteria from 6 - 7:30 PM. It is for all 10th and 11th-grade GEAR UP students and parents. Current Seniors and parents are also welcome to join us. You will not want to miss this event!
